Cancellation and refund schedule for Big Bike Touring Co motorcycle tour bookings.

If you cancel your booking following confirmation, Big Bike Touring Co Limited reserves the right to withhold the deposit/tour payment in part for costs incurred.

If you cancel after confirmation

    Deposit non refundable

  • 2

    60 days or more prior the tour start:  50% refundable

  • 3

    Less than 59 days before departure: Not refundable

All cancellations are subject to review and will need to be approved by Big Bike Touring Company before refunds are applied.
